Umbrella Care Management provides care management throughout the New York City Metro area. Since 2011, our primary focus is maintaining the wellbeing, independence and dignity of elders and dependent adults while balancing the special needs and challenges families face while caring for their loved one.

We are a group of experienced care managers dedicated to advocating for your loved one as you navigate the byzantine health care system.

Umbrella Care Management has met the stringent eligibility requirements and rigorous testing to receive the Commission for Case Manager Certification. This designation requires that we hold to a strict code of ethics and standard of practice. And as a certified member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, we met additional educational and professional criteria specifically related to caring for the elderly, and are further beholden to a code of ethics and standards of practice.
