Kara Carter, MD

In medical school, Dr. Carter’s focus was General Pediatrics. Before coming to Kelsey-Seybold, she trained at Baylor College of Medicine for her residency. She also trained at Texas Children’s Hospital and Ben Taub General Hospital. In addition to her certification with the organization, Dr. Carter is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also affiliated with Texas Children’s Hospital and The Woman’s Hospital of Texas. When Dr. Carter isn’t caring for her patients at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, she enjoys cooking, scrapbooking and being the proud mother of three​children.
