Raisa Howard, NP, is an expert provider with more than 30 years of clinical experience. She founded the LA Skincare Center to offer outstanding skin care and aesthetics services at her offices in Los Angeles and in El Segundo, California.
Based on her vision to provide outstanding, personalized skin rejuvenation services, Raisa Howard, NP provides concierge-level treatments tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual client. Utilizing the most advanced aesthetics technologies, she and her team of skilled aesthetics specialists offer cutting-edge laser treatments and cosmetic injection therapy at LA Skincare Center.
In addition to her expertise with cosmetic injections and skin revitalizing procedures, Raisa Howard, NP has extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology. As one of the first nurse practitioners to practice in California, Raisa Howard, NP established the Women’s Clinic LA in 1992 to serve the health needs of women in the Los Angeles area.
Raisa Howard, NP earned a degree in midwifery from the Odessa National Medical University in Odessa, Ukraine. She then completed the nurse practitioner program at the University of California at Los Angeles in conjunction with the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Raisa Howard, NP is certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
