Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Stephanie Bissett relocated to beautiful Southwest Florida in the early 1990s. She holds an Associate of Arts in business management from Bliss College. Stephanie began practicing real estate in 1997; additionally, she is a licensed notary.

Stephanie has years of experience sharing her passion, expertise and enthusiasm with homeowners from Captiva to Cape Coral. She specializes in working with residential waterfront homes, luxury homes, investment properties, condominium resale, vacant land and new construction. Helping buyers and sellers live their dreams in paradise is her passion.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys boating, swimming, cooking, reading and going to our beautiful beaches. She is also an avid Buckeye and FSU fan, and most recent, an NC State fan!
