Ten Talent LLC

Ten Talent LLC was formed in 2011 in response to the demand for high quality home repair and maintenance in the Derby, KS area. The owner, Brent M. Topham, began rehabbing and remodeling investment properties in the Junction City area. Then he attended one of the nations top training centers for home inspectors Kaplan ITA in Denver CO. As a trained home inspector, Brent returned to his hometown of Derby. He opened First Choice Home Inspections, Inc. and successfully performed over 200 real estate sales home inspections. As real estate sales tanked, he shifted his business to property preservation and foreclosure rehabbing. Business was booming and we grew to the point where a partner was taken on. Changes in the industry and the company over the next year created an opportunity to sell the business and start from scratch servicing individuals, realtors, and private investors.
