Dr Andrew Rastegar

Dr. Andrew Rastegar is a Southern California native. He graduated Magna Cum Laude form the University of California Irvine, where he earned his B.S. in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry. He then continued to UCLA School of Dentistry where he was honored with the prestigious UC Regent Scholar Award. As a part-time professor at UCLA School of Dentistry for the past 10 years, he has received numerous teaching and research awards. Dr. Andy is a strong believer of giving back to the community. He is active in charitable organizations such as Dental Care for Children, which serves underprivileged patients.

Besides his sincere nature, what separates him the most is his attitude and love for dentistry and his pursuits of excellence in the field. He is passionately involved in numerous continuing education courses and study clubs that continue to supplement his vast knowledge in dentistry. Dr. Andy believes in evidence-based dentistry. He tackles problems with an innovative mindset, based on reality rather than perception.

Outside the office, Dr. Andy enjoys spending time with his wife. His hobbies include traveling, hiking and snowboarding. He is looking forward to being able to serve you as well as getting to know you.
