Joseph Masdeu, MD, PhD

Dr. Joseph C. Masdeu is a physician-scientist with expertise in cognitive neurology and neuroimaging. He has published over 150 scientific papers and seven books, most recently two volumes on neuroimaging in the Handbook of Clinical Neurology, a reference work. Under his leadership and thanks to the support of Jim and Courtney Nantz, the Nantz National Alzheimer Center has become a world‘renowned research and referral center, treating thousands of patients each year, as well as a hub of research to bring better therapeutic approaches for the prevention and treatment of these disorders.
