Dr. Sergio Carlos Villegas Rojas, MD

As a general surgeon, Sergio Villegas, M.D., FACS, cares for patients with a broad range of conditions that commonly require surgery. He has more than 35 years of surgical experience and is proficient in advanced techniques, including minimally invasive procedures that are associated with less pain, shorter hospital stays and fewer complications for patients. Dr. Villegas has special expertise in vascular surgery and noninvasive vascular diagnostics. He is committed to continued medical education and regularly attends national conferences on vascular and endovascular techniques. Dr. Villegas has held several clinical leadership positions at area hospitals, including Chief of Vascular Surgery and Chief of Surgery at Doctors Hospital.
