Frances Smith, MD, FACOG

Dr. Frances Smith is Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. In 1981, Dr. Smith graduated from Baylor College of Medicine where she also completed her residency. Immediately following completion, she began caring for patients at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 1985. She is currently Chief of Obstetrics​ and Gynecology at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists,​Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Houston Gynecologic and Obstetric Society. When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Smith is a Houston sports enthusiast. She also enjoys travelling.
