I am a lazy girl but in strict following my food diet especially I eat best nutrition food and totally avoid junk foods, that’s the reason to run 3-4 km every morning in the Santa Monica beach, CA.

Being a nutrition lover I practically try some of the products which I believed they are good by reading some people reviews on Amazon, eBay, etc. But after trying they are deserved to be thrown on the dustbin. Nowadays sellers along with marketing strategies found the way to sell any products by showing fake results with admiring designs to convince the people easily.

In order to guide the people who are searching the internet for proper nutrition pills or foods or supplements, I created this Nutri Spec blog after thinking a lot.
