Darin Bocian, DPM, FACFAS

With more than 30 years of experience, board-certified podiatrist Darin Alan Bocian, DPM, FACFAS, is proud to provide top-of-the-line foot and ankle care to people throughout Tucson, Arizona, and the surrounding area.
He’s experienced in treating a full range of foot and ankle conditions using conservative and nonsurgical approaches and is among the only podiatrists in the area to offer state-of-the-art Nd:YAG laser treatment for Morton’s neuroma, plantar warts, nail fungus, and lower extremity scarring. He also offers thorough preventive care, including for athletes, for common overuse injuries such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis.
Dr. Bocian attended podiatry school at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He then completed a podiatric surgical residency at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center, also in Chicago. He moved to Tucson for a fellowship at Tucson General Hospital and is happy to have chosen the city for his private practice and home.
Dr. Bocian is an active member of his professional community and considers his education a lifelong process. He’s a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and belongs to the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Arizona Podiatric Medical Association. He’s certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Outside of his work with patients, he’s an adjunct professor of surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson.
