The Local Bison is inspired and developed by Tony & Emily Galvez, and is taking shape in the ground floor of The Meridia, a mixed-used development at 522 S. Boston Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With over 20 years of bar and restaurant experience, The Local Bison is the culmination of everything we have grown to love.
Our food includes Oklahoma favorites with a twist, with all sauces and seasonings made in-house. Our drinks are modern takes on classic cocktails. We strive to focus on many local products, local talents and local artists.
