Lyons Family Care: Ebonee Lyons, DNP

Dr. Ebonee Lyons is a family nurse practitioner providing primary care and telemedicine services to individuals of all ages in Homewood, Alabama. At Lyons Family Care, Dr. Lyons focuses on holistic medicine, disease prevention, and health promotion. With a comprehensive approach to wellness that draws on evidence-based medicine, she takes care of each patient as a whole individual.
Dr. Lyons has practiced for nearly a decade. A native of Alabama, she began her career in 2005 as a registered nurse in Birmingham. In 2010, after graduating from Samford University in Homewood, Alabama, Dr. Lyons became a nurse practitioner. Five years later, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Alabama. She holds a board certification as a family nurse practitioner. Dr. Lyons uses her education and training to improve patients’ overall health and help them enjoy long, healthy lives while providing affordable care.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Lyons often can found at the office teaching health and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys all kinds of concerts and comedy shows.
