Joseph A Lash, MD

Joseph A. Lash, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist who specializes in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Lash completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Indiana University Hospitals and Krannert Institute of Cardiology, Indianapolis.
Dr. Lash is assistant clinical professor at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. In addition to clinical cardiology, Dr. Lash has special interests in nuclear imaging, echocardiography, TEE, cardiac CTA and PET. Dr. Lash’s mission is to provide the highest quality, compassionate, patient-centered care in the area of cardiovascular medicine.
Away from the office, Dr. Lash enjoys running, spending time with his family and traveling.
Dr. Lash has been voted by his peers as one of Louisville Magazine’s Top Docs for 2019.
