Vivian L Whitehead, APRN

Vivian L. Whitehead, APRN, earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University and a master’s degree in nursing administration and a post-master’s certificate in primary care from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Whitehead is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives. Her practice focus is family practice.
A native of Indianapolis, Whitehead enjoys watching professional and college basketball and football, going to plays and concerts and enjoying time with family and friends.
