Your life reflects your thoughts and beliefs. There is a link between our inner conversations and our physical experience. If we have negative beliefs, strong negative emotional anchors(hate, shame, blame, anger, distrust etc) , and destructive conversations within our minds then we will notice our environment magnetizes this energy and we are surrounded by people who express shame, blame, anger, and distrust. Because energy, both positive and negative, that is generated by our intent is expressed externally. If we are abusive and negative to ourselves, our lives are filled with abusive and negative people. It’s that simple.

Let’s look at this in terms of our physical vitality. If we wake up in the morning with thoughts of feeling unhealthy, in pain, and stressed, then we attract situations and symptoms that support this inner conversation. The key here is awareness. We are responsible for our own health and well being. The starting point is your thoughts and beliefs.

Julia Bowlin, MD, is a physician, author, speaker, and educator who is consistently voted one of the “Nation’s Top Family Doctors” by the Consumer’s Research Counsel of America. The International Woman’s Leadership Association has also declared her a “Woman of Outstanding Leadership”. When Dr. Julia isn’t working with patients on developing their conscious awareness and strengthening their emotional intelligence when it comes to illness detection, prevention, and treatment, she instructs students at the University of Dayton and Marrietta College as an associate clinical professor of medicine, and also serves as the director of allergy practice at the Family Heath Services of Darke County in Ohio.
