I am a NC native and I’ve been local to the Lake Norman area for over 20 years. As a former custom home builder, I have a unique skill set that allows me to see “beyond the surface” when it comes to real estate.

Prior to leaving the building industry (kicking and screaming) in 2009, my company was awarded 1st Place- Best Speculative Home 4000-5000 sq/ft, 1st Place- Best Speculative Home 5001-7000 sq/ft, and 1st Place- Best Speculative Home 7000+ sq/ft by the Lake Norman Home Builders Association in 2008. In addition to my knowledge of residential construction I also have an extensive background in advertising, marketing, and sales. I’m happily married to my wife Dee Dee and have four incredible children.
