Raised in NWA. Following college (TX) I served in the U.S. Army as a Regular Army Infantry Officer from 1984 through 1994. I then worked at Wal-Mart Store Inc. in multiple management positions including - Operations District Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager, Asset Protection and Operations Training & Development from 1994 through 2005. States where I have lived: AR, TN, TX, GA, CA, GA, Republic of Korea, WA, MO, FL, MI, AR. We've moved a few times and have decided to make Northwest Arkansas our home.

My wife and I have four children ages 20, 18, 17, 15 - two girls and two boys. We're involved in their local sports clubs: Wrestling HS team, Soccer club and HS team and Softball club team.
