Joe Hagler, MBA, AIF®, CRPC®, CLTC®, received his master's degree from Northwestern University and began his investment consulting career with the Northern Trust Company. There he worked with plan sponsors in the area of investment policy & plan design / development, asset allocation / manager selection and performance monitoring. After two decades in institutional consulting and money management, he became a financial advisor.

At the core of his 401(k) services lies his experience in plan design -- structure, investment choices, fees, participant education, and monitoring -- together with broad knowledge of the market and vendors. Thus, he enables plan sponsors to maintain their high fiduciary standards along with helping maintain a high level of participant satisfaction.
