Beginning in high school and continuing through college, taking pictures was what I loved. From behind the camera to the darkroom, I loved everything photography. This might date me a bit, but my many years of photography was all about film. There was no such thing as digital photography.

Then life happened. I married my beautiful wife Katharine and started a family. Then grad school and career. Years later I bought my first digital camera. Now a few camera bodies later, my passion behind the lens is as strong as ever.

I love capturing life's memorable moments. Newborns asleep. Children playing, laughing and being silly. Seniors in their stylish clothes. Families interacting and having fun together.
