Vibrant Life Medicine: Erica Song, MD

At Vibrant Life Medicine in Englewood, New Jersey, patients receive state-of-the-art medical testing, diagnosis, and customized treatments to help them lead vibrant, healthy lives. Vibrant Life Medicine is led by Erica Song, MD, FACOG, FAARM, with a goal of creating a healing environment and promoting healthy, active lifestyles.
Dr. Song is double board-certified in OB/GYN and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and her medical doctorate degree with honors from the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine, in New York City. Dr. Song completed her OB/GYN  residency at NYU, during which time she won numerous teaching, research, and clinical awards.
Throughout her years of clinical experience, as well as through undergoing personal and family health struggles, Dr. Song has become more aware of the strengths and weaknesses of her traditional medical training. To broaden her knowledge and optimize the clinical expertise and value she brings to patients, Dr. Song pursued additional training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, the Metabolic Medical Institute and the Academy for Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine. Dr. Song is also a certified Nutritional Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Dr. Song believes that true healing involves incorporating the best of conventional and integrative medicine to help patients heal and feel their best.  
Dr. Song provides highly personalized treatment plans designed to improve each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. She recognizes that information is nothing without inspiration and encourages patients to become active partners in achieving their best self. Dr. Song helps men and women achieve and maintain wellness by building on the foundations of health, including proper nutrition, optimal sleep, movement, mind-body stress management, dietary supplements, and hormonal balancing.
When not at Vibrant Life Medicine, Dr. Song is leading her own vibrant life with her always loving and supportive husband, Bob, their two completely VIBRANT children, Evelyn and Daniel, and adorable fur child, Oreo.
