At Runa Resources, we are proud to be a unique type of HR firm. In the native South American language, Runa means “people”. When the founder of Runa Resources lived in South America for a few years, he learned the native language, but he also gained a passion for helping create and cultivate jobs and growth for both a potential employee and a business owner. He brought this passion back to the United States, where he founded Runa Resources.

The goal of our business is to help give employers the ability to look at people for new roles and positions in an efficient manner and know what tangible talents are going to the benefit them right away. We look at their overall track effort, and how easily and effectively we can develop them and grow them into the kind of employees that the business needs the most. Runa is here to not only automate your hiring processes and help prevent unnecessary cash being spent on developing an employee that may leave in a month or two. With our proprietary technology we can look at a person from many different angles and give them the best possible chance to talk to a recruiter and give them the opportunity to prove to the employer that they are the best candidate and why they are.
