Med Group Home Health Care Agency has 20 years’ experience working in the community with our aging population and others that need skilled services. Our agency was started because our founders discovered their passion for changing people’s lives through their personal care and transportation agencies and knew that they could further enrich the lives of the community by offering skilled services.

We are locally owned, Medicaid certified, Medicare accredited by CHAP, licensed in the state of WI and a member of the Wisconsin Association for Home Health Care.
