Access Home Health

Access Home Health was established in July of 2014. Our initial service is Consumer Directed Services (CDS). This is a Missouri Medicaid service which empowers people with disabilities to have more control over their daily living. People who choose this service are given the power to employ caregivers of their choice. Many seniors and people with disabilities are eligible for this service and don't know it. Our Goal is to educate the community about this service and to provide them with the tools needed to direct their own care.
