Center for Healthy Sex is led by Alexandra Katehakis, PhD, MFT, CSAT-S, CST-S. Dr. Katehakis has more than 20 years of clinical experience as a sex therapist and mental health professional. She helps patients address and resolve issues from the full spectrum of sexuality, from sex addiction through problems of sexual desire and dysfunction. She has published several articles and books on sexuality and often contributes to radio programs, podcasts, and television programs.
The team at Center for Healthy Sex is committed to continued training and regularly attends workshops and conferences to maintain its place at the forefront of sex therapy. Their commitment to enhancing their knowledge enables them to provide a comprehensive range of services, including intensive treatment programs as well as individual, couples, and group therapy.
Each patient at Center for Healthy Sex completes an intake interview with a member of the team. They are then matched with the therapist who can best help them resolve their issues and optimize their sexuality. Center for Healthy Sex works with individuals and couples from all walks of life, sexual orientations, and gender identification.
