Silver Ridge

Silver Ridge is a premier rehabilitation center in Asheville, North Carolina that caters to midlife adults who are struggling with addiction and substance abuse. Most of the clientele at Silver Ridge are established adults age 35 and up who work as businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and other professional roles. The facility is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a spacious mansion with 8 rooms, 15 beds, and 10,000 square feet. They understand their clients’ needs for discretion, which is why the facility is limited to adults, unlike most rehabilitation centers which typically cater to adolescents and other young people.

Silver Ridge provides holistic therapies and treatments that are overseen by an ASAM certified addiction psychiatrist. These treatments include equine therapy, trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness and meditation, horticulture therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, aftercare planning, and more. Every program at Silver Ridge is based on acceptance and commitment therapy, which helps people learn how to make positive choices in difficult situations.
