Founding attorneys Joseph Schreiber and Erik Knockaert have decades of experience working at some of the region's largest and most prestigious law firms prior to starting their own firm. They have successfully represented individuals and business clients in legal disputes, with work on both the plaintiff and defense side of the docket. Schreiber and Knockaert, best friends since law school and colleagues throughout the years, learned pivotal lessons that now benefit the firm's clients: have a plan to win, work hard to emerge victorious in a lawsuit, but also help clients avoid a lawsuit if they can. We work to shift risk to the other side in any dispute, and we have the legal muscle to do it.
