In June 2010, Bimal Raj Merchant established Merchant Law Firm to provide comprehensive legal services to individuals and small businesses. Bimal Raj Merchant has a broad range of experience in both litigation and transactional law. He has represented a number of injury victims and has been successful in recovering significant settlements. He has also represented a number of businesses including entrepreneurs, manufacturers, hedge funds, investment advisers and other medium to small size companies with all of their business, securities and compliance needs.
