ABOUT US
The team of physical therapists at PREP Performance Center in the Horner Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, has extensive sports medicine and physical therapy experience. The practice is led by Mary Kate Casey, PT, DPT, a former collegiate athlete who understands how an elite athlete's mindset works. Her goal is to provide quality physical therapy along with unmatched patient education and customer service.
Mary Kate leads a growing team at PREP Performance Center and consistently explores ways to keep physical therapy relevant as health care changes. She also understands the need for technology to be integrated into healthcare. Mary Kate is willing to take risks and is always looking for the X-Factor that will keep her and her team ahead of the game.
Specializing in treating the adolescent athlete, PREP Performance Center provides therapy post-injury care along with pre-sport participation movement screenings. The practice offers an eight-week training program that has been shown to reduce overuse and non-contact injuries. This program is born out of data that supports the need for physical therapy intervention at the youth sports level.
