Integrated Senior Care Hospice was formed in May of 2014. The owners are all local Healthcare clinicians who saw a need to do hospice better and more cost effective than what the model has been. We have shown through our Mobile Physicians clinic in 8 months we have saved Medicare 1.4 million in costs by treating patients in their home and managing the patients care before they need to be hospitalized or re-hospitalized. We are pleased to add to the ISC family not only the Mobile Physicians Clinic but now Hospice and Palliative Care and in 2015 Home Healthcare as well.
