We perform a thorough inspection of the propery from the roof to the foundation including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components and include an evaluation of appliances, exterior grading and other critical items of the property in order to assist you in making an informed decision before purchasing a property. Swimming pool and septic system inspections also available.
Our reports include a discription and detailed photgraphs of the various deficiencies and will be delivered to you by way of electronic mail by the next business day. If your are available at the end of the inspection a thorough discussion of the various deficiencies and a look at the photographs via the lap top will be provided for you.
