Lucy’s training in Studio Arts began in earnest at San Jose City College and West Valley Community College. She has been a working artist ever since.
She has shown her work in dozens of shows across the San Francisco Bay Area including solo exhibitions. Her artwork crosses many mediums, from ceramics to mixed media with the incorporation of found objects. Her materials are often unconventional, from powdered pigments to acrylics, from fabric to spackle. Her artwork can be found in collections up and down the Pacific Coast and throughout the country.
