I have been a Full time Florida licensed Realtor since May 1994 and serving Buyers and Sellers in West Pasco and Hernando counties. In 1995, I obtained my designation GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and have strived to continue my education in the real estate field in order to keep current with the changing markets.

Through the years, I have held many hands of buyers through the seemingly overwhelming task of buying their first homes, provided smooth relocations in and out of Florida, estate sales, and helped movers-up sell their old homes and purchase their new ones! I have had extensive working knowledge with FHA, VA, Conventional and Owner Financing transactions.

Certified with the Distressed Property Institute (CDPE) and now, in addition, assist homeowners who are facing foreclosure by providing options that are open to them and if necessary, and if all else fails, assist them with marketing their home with a short sale, if applicable.
