I bought the coupon for three oil changes for $33 and I'm sorry I did. With the coupon, the wait to get an appointment is too long - 3 weeks for a weekday (8am) and a month or more for a Saturday. Same as everyone else with a coupon. I didn't know the coupon meant purchasing poorer service. If I wanted an earlier appointment, I could pay regular price. THEN I went in for my second oil change that I booked 3 weeks prior and was told it would be finished for about an hour. It's 8am! How behind can you get by 8am?! Needed the oil changed so I said I'd wait at the McDonalds and the man behind the counter said would call my cell phone when the car was done. No call at by 9:15 (1 hour 15 minutes) so I went back without the call to check the status. I walked in a he said my car was done. I asked for how long and he said 15 minutes. I said I would have appreciated a call. He said they were so busy he didn't have time. I said in 15 minutes he could have found a few seconds to make a call. He said if I wanted it that way, then I could get behind the counter and help. REALLY? I was dumbfounded. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't speak that way to anyone, let alone a customer. I have four more oil changes left and will use those only because they are already paid. Then I will avoid this place. I hope anyone reading this will as well. If I could give negative or no stars, I would. I don't usually write any reviews, but this was so bad, I felt compelled to warn others.
