Brian Leath started working for his uncle in 1990 in the pest control industry while attending Junior College and
taking courses in HVAC. Brian has been a Certified Applicator since 1992 for Pest and Termite Control under the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Services TPCL 12098. Brian has a Nursery Floral certificate from the TDA as well as a Certified Applicator license under the TDA for Lawn & Ornamental and Weed Control Services. He's a licensed certified HVAC contractor through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations TACLB29872E.

Sandy Leath attended the University of North Texas and was a cheerleader there. After meeting each other in 1992, Brian and Sandy got married in 1995 and now have two children, Carson and Morgan. They enjoy spending time with their kids. Brian likes antique cars and fishing. Sandy enjoys keeping up with the latest in technological advances. They are both big fans of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks and Stars.
