Theresa I. Brown, DPM provides first-class foot health care for our patients in Montgomery County in a progressive environment. Dr. Brown specializes in foot care for patients with diabetes as well as state-of-the-art neuropathy treatments.

Our expert foot care services – with a woman’s touch! – include treating bunions, corns and calluses, flat feet, hammertoes, heel pain, ingrown toenails, neuromas, plantar warts, tendonitis and all types of foot injuries and fractures. At Essie M.B. Smith Foot Clinic, we use custom orthotics to address many types of foot problems and conditions.

Dr. Brown has been providing Montgomery County patients with excellent foot care since 1992. We treat patients of all ages and stress preventative care and healthy lifestyle counseling.

We utilize an accurate and superior neurological test called Neural Scan to help diagnose peripheral neuropathy or nerve damage. The scan is not painful, unlike conventional needle testing. This diagnostic tool can measure how a patient feels electrical sensations to test sensory, autonomic and motor nerves.

Our full-service podiatry care center is conveniently located just off I85 in Montgomery. We offer office hours every weekday. Many minor surgeries may be handled right in our office under local anesthesia.
