Experienced, qualified counsellor based in Central London. I offer humanistic, Gestalt based therapy for a wide range of issues including depression and anxiety , bereavement, difficulties in relationships, trauma and phobias, lack of self-esteem, disordered eating including anorexia and bulimia and binge eating disorder. I have a particular interest in working with sufferers of eating disorders and people who are caring or may have cared for them. I work with clients on a short term or long term basis whatever suits your requirements.
