My experience of over two decades in customer service and management in the automobile sales and repair industry has helped me develop the skills to listen to what my client and the other side is asking for, and use that information, combined with my knowledge, to build an agreement that culminates in success for my client and referrals from them down the road. I pride myself on spending sufficient time with each of my clients to fully understand their needs and to ensure their questions are all answered in a complete and truthful manner. Im proud to be married for nearly three decades to my high school sweetheart and equally proud of our son who is attending Florida State University.
