Dating back to our very first customer we realized how we were going to be different. It takes going through unpleasant situations with other companies not necessarily carpet cleaning just being a customer, in general, to realize what we don’t want to set out to be. How are we different? We put ourselves in your shoes as a customer. What would we want?
