Body Alive is a collection of extremely talented teachers and passionate staff. We believe that fitness is for everyone and that all students can benefit from this extremely healing practice. We provide an environment where you can leave your stress behind, and take a deep breath, knowing that you are in good hands on your journey to become stronger, more flexible, less stressed, more focused.
Our studio was born from a deep love of yoga, but we didn’t stop there and offer a variety of fitness classes, yoga classes Barre classes and much more.
