Blackburn & Stoll, LC, is a law firm located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our primary practice areas include estate planning, workers’ compensation, telecommunications, commercial litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, business law, employment law, family law, tax planning and tax litigation. Formed in 1993 by six attorneys who previously practiced at large Salt Lake firms, the firm has grown to its present size based upon the theory that responsiveness to the clients’ needs and attention to detail will reward both the clients and the firm. Our growth has been dictated by the growth and changes of our clients and their businesses, rather than the desire to accumulate a larger client list.
