Our Farm has its roots in Beecher, IL. It all started with my Father telling me, “Hey Neal, I want to get a couple steers to feed out and you’re going to take care of them for me.” I remember thinking to myself, what is Dad thinking! We have never raised a cow for meat, we don’t know what we are doing! Well, fast forward 12 years and Van Baren Farms & Livestock have been established. We are a small family farm. We specialize in selling high-quality freezer beef and pork packages. We also sell whole chickens, whole turkeys, and free-range eggs.
