Trupesh A. Chanpura, MD, MHA

As chair of the Critical Care Department at Springfield Clinic, Dr. Chanpura has focused his career on providing quality care to his patients. Dr. Chanpura holds leadership positions at the following medical facilities: Director of Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Memorial Medical Center, Gracepoint-Short Term Rehab at Lewis Memorial Christian Village; ICU Rotation Site Director, Emergency Medicine and ENT Residency program at SIU School of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Chanpura supports the education of house staff through his position as clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery-Division of Emergency Medicine, where he is the course instructor for Fundamentals of Critical Care Support (FCCS) at Memorial Medical Center.
