Nik Champion: Allstate Insurance

I've worked in insurance since 2010 and opened my agency in 2017. Having lived in the area for more than 25 years, I know this community is full of loyal, hard-working people.
Prior to opening my agency, I was one of the youngest Field Sales Leaders in the country for Allstate. With the success I was seeing, I figured I should move back home and open my own agency. Today, we're a top-performing agency that grows year after year, employing more than 10 people in the community.
Outside of work, I'm a chapter mentor for the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity at Northern Illinois University – the chapter I belonged to as an undergraduate. I love mentoring and guiding the brothers as they transition from college to the real world. In my spare time, you'll find me playing video games, exercising, rooting for the Chicago Cubs and Bears and spending time with family.
My wife, Lola, and I have two cats, Durden and Achilles, and two dogs, Marla and Basher. Fun fact: We name all our pets after movies involving a famous actor. My dad did the same thing with our pets and we wanted to carry on the tradition.
One of my favorite things about being an Allstate representative is working with my staff and developing them into leaders in the industry. We have a unique opportunity to help others through hard work and honest conversation, because what we do matters for the residents of this community.
