The Union

It’s official! The Flats at Campus Pointe is now The Union! The Union is an off-campus student housing community located in Charlotte, NC and less than one mile to UNCC. Our 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments come complete with an abundance of excellent on-site amenities. We are just a short commute to UNCC and just around the corner from lots of shopping and dining options. The Union's community has a huge fitness center upgrade scheduled for completion in Fall 2019, yoga center, resort-style pool, clubhouse with a rec room, business center and a free shuttle to UNCC. Our pet-friendly apartments are fully furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, modern black appliances, washer and dryer, and spacious closets.
