Psych ZenHealth is committed to providing holistic and compassionate care to the population in our community from ages 17 years and above; to restore, improve and maintain optimal mental health. . I also specialize in Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) treatment for Opioid dependence and addiction. I treat various disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, conduct disorder, adjustment disorder, anger management, stress management, bipolar disorder, psychosis, borderline and other personality disorders. In course of providing treatment for my clients, I incorporate psychotherapy, motivational interview, reality orientation, counseling, meditation, health education on diet & exercise and positive reinforcement. I am also committed to collaborative care which means, I consider overall physical, mental emotional and social issues and make referral when necessary to other healthcare specialists. I accept most insurance plans. For those without insurance plan, I accept self-pay with credit cards or cash.
