Robert P. Binder, DPM

Robert P. Binder, DPM has extensive experience in general foot care and minor forefoot surgery . He is dedicated to proving excellence in patient care and has been serving the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley community for over 38 years.

Dr. Binder is a graduate of the Michigan State University in East Lansing Michigan and received his medical degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. (The school is now associated with the California School of Podiatric Medicine at the Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California.) He completed his Podiatric Surgical training in Michigan.

Some of Dr. Binder’s areas of interest include a wide array of foot and ankle problems including diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, nerve pain and conditions of the elderly. Dr. Binder focuses on a conservative approach whenever possible. Pain can greatly affect the patient’s quality of life and we understand this. We care for people, not just feet.

Dr. Binder is affiliated with Providence Holy Cross Medical Center Hospital and the San Fernando Valley Surgery Center in Mission Hills, California.

Dr. Binder is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the California Podiatric Medical Association and the Los Angeles County Podiatric Medical Association.

Dr. Binder was raised in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan where he met his wife of 40+ years while in high school. They have 2 grown children.
