Heidi Gravert - 719 Lending

Heidi started her real estate career at Jones Real Estate school in 2005 with the intention of becoming an agent broker but instead, launched a successful career in title insurance. She also did a year stint as an appraisal coordinator while at home with her youngest of four. She was eventually wooed in to lending world and it is a great fit!
Her approach to business is both personal, energetic, and pragmatic. She believes in delivering personalized service, with lots of options and great pricing. Driven by relationship, she strives to make a connection with the client and is looking out for their best interest. As long-time west-side native she understands that Colorado Springs is the biggest “small-town” and reputation for a job “well done” is paramount.
She is driven to uncover the best solution for her clients and aligning them for a successful closing. It is her goal to walk lock-step with her referral partners to give the client the security and assurance that they are in “good hands”.
