Lance is the Managing Director of Spotlight’s Seattle office and the company’s nationwide Director of Retirement Plan Services. With more than 26 years of experience advising individuals and corporations, Lance excels at working with clients to create customized financial plans that include targeted wealth management strategies to help his clients meet their needs and achieve their goals.

Lance specializes in providing comprehensive advice that incorporates, among other things, investment management, insurance strategies, estate and retirement planning, tuition funding, employee benefit plans, and business transition plans. Having started several companies himself, Lance understands the unique needs of small businesses. Lance also believes that well-rounded, strategic, and long-term planning is imperative for success both now and for future generations. When Lance isn’t working, he spends time hiking, biking, and golfing with his wife and five children.
