In counseling, we work on the process of putting those pieces back together in a safe environment. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, marital/relationship issues, spirituality/faith issues, gender issues, anger problems, grief, trauma, sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, emotional regulation issues, as well as many other unique circumstances.
